Terms of service

Last updated: 30 August 2026

These terms are the agreement between [Company legal name] and the business using Seller Console. By creating an account you accept them.

The service

Seller Console is a web application for managing brands that sell on online marketplaces. It covers task boards, catalog and listing content, product documents and images, team chat, notes and reporting, including uploads of marketplace performance reports. Features change over time as we improve the product.

Accounts

You need an account to use the service. Keep your credentials confidential and tell us at [Contact email] if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for what the people you invite to your brands do in the workspace. Accounts are for business use; you must be able to enter a contract on behalf of your company.

Acceptable use

  • Do not upload unlawful content or content you have no right to use.
  • Do not attempt to access other customers' data or bypass access controls.
  • Do not probe, load-test or reverse engineer the service without written permission.
  • Do not resell access or use the service to build a competing product.

Your content

You keep all rights to the content you put into Seller Console. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, back up, display and process that content so the service works for you and your team. You can export your data at any time from the Account page.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available and to give notice before planned maintenance. We do not promise uninterrupted access, and we may suspend access briefly to protect the service or its data.

Fees

Fees, billing periods and any trial terms are those agreed in your order or shown at sign-up. Unless stated otherwise, fees exclude VAT and other applicable taxes.

Liability

The service is provided as is, to the extent permitted by law. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data beyond what the law requires. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for intent or gross negligence, personal injury or death.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms and do not fix the problem after notice. After termination we delete or anonymise your data as described in the privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by [Governing law and courts]. Contact: [Company legal name], [Registered address], [Contact email].
